Warranty – conditions and exceptions

Our products are made with high-quality natural materials and undergo rigorous production controls. Therefore, we offer a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, provided the product is used properly and as recommended.

What is included in the warranty?

✔ Manufacturing defects

✔ Structural problems or damage not caused by normal use

✔ Situations in which the product has defects without misuse or negligence.

What is not covered by the warranty

To ensure the durability and good performance of the products, it is important that they are used under appropriate conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Improper use or use on incorrect surfaces.

Do not use on hard, rough, stone, or abrasive surfaces that may cause normal wear or tear.

Damage caused by practicing in unsuitable environments.

2. Excessive exposure to natural elements

Loss of color or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Improper storage in humid, extremely hot, or cold locations.

3. Blows, falls or strong impact

  • Products that are dented, crushed, or deformed (e.g., blocks) when there is evidence that they have been thrown, dropped, or not handled carefully.

4. Lack of proper maintenance

Damage caused by improper cleaning, use of chemicals, or lack of maintenance as per our guidelines.

Care and maintenance instructions are always included with each purchase and are also available on our website.

Important note:

The 2-year warranty applies exclusively to yoga products: blocks, myofascial rollers, and yoga mats.

The warranty is not valid for other types of products in the store.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed.
