What is the difference between the Moksha and Samadhi models?
Moksha symbolizes liberation — it's our standard model, with the traditional and authentic look of cork. Lightweight, balanced, and versatile, it's ideal for daily practice and for those who value natural simplicity.
Samadhi reflects unity — it's the premium model, created with high-quality cork fabric and with much more handwork in the production process. It provides a more refined texture, a superior feeling of stability, and an elegant aesthetic.

Beginners often prefer Moksha due to the cost-benefit ratio.
More experienced practitioners value Samadhi for its extra stability and grip.
But above all, the best mat is the one that inspires your practice.

What does "Paulo The Cork Man" mean?
Each of our rugs is born
From a clear intention: to unite yoga with nature in a true and conscious way.
Yoga is, in essence, a return.
In its natural state — it is breath, it is presence, it is connection with the Earth.
Cork, in turn, is one of the purest materials that nature provides.
It offers: sustainable, renewable, warm to the touch and deeply connected to
Portuguese roots.
It was precisely this harmony
which gave rise to the brand.
On one side, knowledge
Deeply grounded in the founder Paulo 's cork — years of experience, closeness
with the right materials and a genuine passion for their infinite potential.
On the other hand, there's the co-founder Jenny 's passion for yoga—a teacher.
Certified by the Yoga Alliance, guided by serenity, balance and...
A desire to inspire more conscious practices.
From the union of these two worlds
A purpose was born: to create rugs that respect the body and honor nature.
and they elevate the practice.
Each model — Moksha and Samadhi —
This reflects that vision, combining what nature creates with what the practice of
Yoga demands it.
It's more than an accessory: it's a
A sacred space where body, mind, and Earth meet.
YOGA is Nature, CORK is
Nature. The perfect symbiosis.
Who is behind the brand?
The brand was born from the vision of Paulo , a Portuguese man passionate about cork, and Jenny , a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and co-founder of the brand.
Together, they combine knowledge about cork with the harmony of yoga, creating a
The perfect balance between nature, design, and well-being.
What makes these products unique compared to other yoga mats?
Our mats are not just
Products — they are a lifestyle choice.
Each piece is born with soul, with intention, with respect for nature and the balance that yoga represents.
Portuguese cork, pure and vibrant, is the heart of our carpets.
It is not molded in an impersonal factory, but crafted ethically, sustainably, and consciously. Its warm touch, natural aroma, and calming energy create an immediate connection between the practitioner and the earth.
It's like coming home — to the essence, to what is natural, to what is true.
And that's where the difference lies.
Today, most yoga mats are made of plastic, PVC, or synthetic rubbers—petroleum-derived, chemical, toxic materials that are completely disconnected from the philosophy of yoga.
How can we seek peace, harmony, and unity with nature... while practicing something that harms it?
How can we talk about pranayama ?
Grounding and vital energy... while we breathe in synthetic particles released by the carpet?
It makes no sense. It dishonors neither the practice, nor the Earth, nor the body itself.
The mats Paulo The Cork Man
They were born precisely from this reflection.
From the fusion of Paulo's deep knowledge of cork and Jenny's passion for yoga, a greater purpose was born: to restore authenticity to yoga and create a movement that truly reflects its philosophy — unity, nature, balance.
Choosing our rugs means choosing more than just a product. It's choosing a lifestyle. It's choosing to side with nature, not plastic.
It's about joining a movement that
believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a way of life.
To feel and respect the world.
Because each asana deserves to be experienced with something pure. And each breath deserves to be accompanied by energy.
From the Earth — not from artificial chemicals.
