Inês Roseta

Hello, I'm Inês Roseta — a Yoga, meditation, and Yoga Therapy teacher, passionate about sharing yoga in an accessible and transformative way.

I graduated in Functional Yoga Anatomy from Yoga Alliance Professionals with 950 hours of training, and I teach children and adults, combining classical yoga techniques (such as Ashtanga Yoga) with therapeutic practices adapted to specific needs.

In addition to regular classes, I facilitate meditation, Yoga Therapy, and special occasions such as retreats and trips — spaces designed for relaxation, reconnection, and deepening self-knowledge.

For me, yoga entered my life at an unexpected moment, when I was already a mother of five—and it transformed everything. Today, I feel freer, more passionate about life, and eager to inspire others to find inner peace and balance through breath, movement, and presence.

If you're looking for a yoga that embraces, transforms, and awakens your best self—I invite you to practice with me.

Christine Coelho

I am Christine Luís Coelho — dedicated for over 20 years to conscious movement, well-being, and the overall health of body and mind. My training encompasses Yoga, Pilates, osteopathy, and fascia work, allowing me to offer an integrated, in-depth approach adapted to different needs and stages of life.

The CLC® Method was born as a synthesis of everything I have learned, experienced, and continue to research: an invitation to reconnect with the body, release tension, and rediscover physical and emotional balance. CLC stands for Consciousness, Release, and Connection — three essential pillars for intelligent, fluid, and restorative movement.

I invite you to experience it - If you seek more lightness in your body, clarity in your mind, and harmony in your daily life — the CLC® Method can be a gateway to this transformation. Through conscious movement, adapted practices, and individual attention, together we can rediscover the pleasure of being in our bodies and living with presence.

Feel free to explore the classes, training, or therapies. It will be a pleasure to accompany you on this journey of awareness, liberation, and connection.

Darinka Luzyvida

I'm Darinka, a Vinyasa Yoga instructor and Ayurvedic massage therapist, passionate about guiding people back to their bodies, minds, and emotions. I believe the practice goes far beyond movement: it's a path of listening, presence, and transformation.

In addition to classes, I facilitate workshops where we delve into the ethics and philosophy of yoga, especially through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. These are gatherings for study, reflection, and integration—spaces where each participant can explore yoga beyond the mat.

In my sessions, I cultivate an approach that honors the connection with nature and holistic well-being. I integrate journaling and self-observation practices, tools that help each person deepen their own journey of balance, clarity, and self-knowledge.

I invite you to practice with me and discover a yoga that nourishes, expands, and returns us to our essence.

Marina Valdigem

I am a landscape architect and a yoga and meditation teacher, with experience facilitating classes since 2017. My work unfolds through yoga and meditation classes, nature-based practices, and retreats, creating spaces for pause, listening, and reconnection.

I work with adults, children, pregnant women, seniors, and people in therapeutic contexts, always respecting each person’s rhythm, body, and individuality. My practices are an invitation to slow down, breathe, and inhabit the body with greater awareness and presence.

As an ambassador for Paulo The Cork Man, I recognize in this brand values that are essential to me: authenticity, environmental awareness, respect for nature, and soulful creation. I believe that what we use also communicates who we are — and choosing cork means choosing care: for ourselves, for the planet, and for the future.

You are invited to experience this path with me, rediscovering presence, balance, and connection.

Karin Aristica Garcia

I am Karin Aristica Garcia – yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and founder of Energy and Deep Relaxation.

My work follows a simple yet profound principle: when the body, the breath, and the soul speak to one another, healing unfolds.

For me, yoga is not a workout, not a place of performance, and not a quick path to fitness.

Yoga is a return.

A return to yourself.

To your own nature.

To the silence that is always there beneath all the noise.

I guide people along this path — gently, intuitively, and with a practice that offers grounding, awareness, and inner spaciousness. In my sessions, I combine mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and energy work to create spaces where the body can release and the soul can breathe.

Jenny Rachell Silva

I'm Jenny Silva, a yoga teacher, and I'm passionate about the power movement has to bring us back to our hearts.
Yoga found me at a time when I needed space, calm, and presence—and it has become a path to healing that I now share with those who come to me. The yoga I teach is gentle, intuitive, and profoundly human.

It's not about going any further.
It's about feeling more deeply.
It's about moving the body with respect, care, and awareness.

Throughout my journey, I have particularly delved into the study of adapted yoga and developed a series of exercises designed to support people with multiple sclerosis . These simple and compassionate movements help improve mobility, relieve tension, and create an inner space of lightness and confidence.

In my practices, we honor silence, breath, and listening.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, to let go of what weighs you down, and to return to your inner light.

If you are looking for a yoga that cares for you — from body to heart — I will be here to guide you with presence, gentleness, and truth.
